FAQs
Shipping & Processing:
- All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, after your order is placed. This time frame can be affected during busier times.
- PLEASE keep in mind that UPS estimated ship times, are beyond our control.
- Once your order has been placed, we will no longer accept add-on's, to protect ourselves from orders being incorrect.
- 99% of our orders are shipped Priority via USPS. These packages do include insurance. If you happen to receive your package and it has been damaged, please make sure you take photos of the box (prior to opening) and then again after you open it. Make a list of the items that you are missing, if any, and please call USPS to file a claim immediately. You may also contact us with your concerns or if you need assistance in filing a claim, we will gladly help you! - Please TRIPLE check your information at check out. If you choose to pay via PayPal and your PayPal account name is different than your listed name, please notify us in the comments. Without doing either of these things, your shipment could be delayed.
- Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure you enter the one you use the most!
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Love Your Sparkle Too LLC, will no longer allow refunds on orders that were made during discount or promotional sales!
- If there is an issue with your order, upon receiving such as defective, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours, for support in resolution.
- If you need a refund after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for refund.
Discounts & Promotions:
- Discount and promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase.
- There is a limit of ONE code per purchase!
